HOMES TO SHARE WITH WORKERS AND STUDENTS
We offer homes to share for rent which are fully furnished and all bills included and close or in the city centre.
All of our rooms to rent are in London, Bournemouth, Brighton and Dublin in Ireland.
You will get a sense of independence in our shared houses and usually will share a kitchen with 3 or more others in the same situation as you.
Living in homes to share for rent means that you will get to meet new people and make some amazing friends, in some flats you will be sharing a bathroom which are always kept in immaculate condition.
Our flats are always based in close proximity to public transport to city centres.
Student Works offers rooms to rent in London, Bournemouth, Brighton and Dublin in Ireland, which require a deposit, much cheaper than going through a letting agents.
HOST FAMILIES
We can also help you find homestay families and are guaranteed in London, Bournemouth, Brighton and Dublin in Ireland.
To find a homestay family is much simpler with Student Works as we have a long list of families that we have sent our students to in the past. All of our homestay families are checked and their houses are viewed before we send any of our students there.
The host families are also based in close proximity to public transport and you will get to know a British family atmosphere and depending on what option you choose, will have your meals cooked for you with a homestay family.
The options are:
Room Only: Prepare your own dinner with access to the kitchen.
Half Board: Breakfast and Dinner is prepared for you by the homestay family.
Full Board: Every meal will be prepared for you by the homestay family.
