RECEPTION AND ADMIN

What kind of tasks will they be involved in on a day to day basis – answering telephones, speaking to customers face to face and over the phone, reception duties, basic administration and office tasks to help manage the office , greeting candidates, data entry, replying and dealing with emails
CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
We are seeking candidates who are eligible to work in the UK, hardworking and enthusiastic with a keen interest in meeting new people and more importantly a high level of English (B2 minimum).
We would like someone who could start asap, available for a minimum of 3 months, and who is willing to work the occasional evening and weekend. You will mainly assist the Director of Studies however you will be required to work in all areas of the company as required.
Accommodation will be offered free of charge and a small weekly allowance will be given.
If we can target toward someone who is studying toward finance/investment it'll be a better fit I'd say. Someone who has interest in the venture capital or business analyst and investment industry would learn a lot from having exposure to our work. A headline overview could be:
- finance focused degree (or MBA or similar masters)
- comfortable with financial modelling in spreadsheets or similar software
- possibly an interest in corporate structures and/or restructuring
- possibly an interest in mergers/acquisitions/disposals of businesses
STUDENT SUPPORT INTERN
Perform a variety of administrative and academic functions and assist with overflow work from various departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support students at front desk and to be courteous and welcoming to all students and visitors
- To assist students with their enquiries, and to know where to direct students to help them further with their
- Dealing with all enquiries coming to the school, whether by telephone, email, or in person.
- Creating and revising systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices and record keeping systems
- Providing general administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing and scanning
- Ensuring the collection of all necessary paperwork involved in the admissions process
- Maintaining and updating accurate student records in our database
- Keeping relevant staff informed of new registrations, re-enrolments, trial lessons, etc.
- Keeping teachers informed of student absences, course changes, and other student situation
- Ensuring the ongoing tidy and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas
- Working with the academic team to provide support for administrative functions of the school
- Help with young learner groups that will attend the school from time to time
INTERNSHIP IN A SCHOOL
This is an exciting opportunity to learn about how a successful and growing School
company runs. This is a varied role where we will expose you to all parts of the business’
daily operations, allowing you to gain valuable experience in many areas and insight into the
workings of a school .
It is an internship working from 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday if possible. It should allow you to
develop your English skills further being in a working environment.
